Frequently asked questions.

1. What does a private nursing consultation involve?

Debi Windle, RN, MSN, CNS (Gerontology), offers personalized, one-on-one nursing consultations—either in-person in Orange County or virtually across California. These sessions involve comprehensive assessments of your or your loved one’s health, home safety, care needs, and goals. From there, Debi creates individualized care plans and provides ongoing advocacy, education, and coordination.

2. Who can benefit from your services?

  • Our services support a diverse range of needs, including:

  • Older adults seeking to age safely and independently

  • Individuals recovering from surgery or managing chronic, complex conditions

  • Adults with disability-related needs or requiring post-acute support

  • Families and caregivers navigating health systems and seeking confidence and clarity

3. How are services structured and billed?

We offer flexibility tailored to your needs and pace. Services may include hourly consultations, bundled packages (e.g., transition planning), or ongoing coordination. This private-pay model ensures personalized service—no call centers, just direct access to Debi’s expertise.

4. Do you assist with insurance, Medicare, or skilled nursing transitions?

Yes. While not a representative for insurance companies, Debi offers informed guidance to help you understand care options, what to expect from Medicare or private pay, and how to navigate care transitions—from home to assisted living, skilled nursing, or hospice. This is a frequently asked question?
