Founded by Debi Windle, RN, MSN, CNS (Gerontology), Advanced Nursing Strategies offers compassionate, clinically-informed care consulting that bridges the gap between medical systems and real-life needs. With over 35 years of nursing and teaching experience, Debi brings deep expertise and a heart-centered approach to every client and family she serves.

Meet Debi
With over 35 years of nursing experience, Debi Windle is a compassionate leader specializing in gerontology, public health, and complex care coordination. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Gerontology and Certified Public Health Nurse, she holds a Master of Science degree in Nursing and has dedicated her career to guiding adults with chronic and complex health needs toward healthier, more empowered living. Debi has collaborated extensively with community agencies—including the Long Beach Department of Health and Orange County Health Care Agency—to design intervention programs for at-risk populations. Since 2004, she has also served as a faculty member at California State University, Long Beach, where she shares her expertise in gerontology, case management, comprehensive health assessments, and more. Debi is deeply committed to compassionate, patient- and family-centered care, in which advocacy and education are central to every interaction.
